Absolutely Fantastic Stay!

This resort is amazing! The staff really go above and beyond to. I especially appreciated the system for sunbeds. It meant I always had somewhere to put my things with lots of options for where I wanted to sit. The complimentary soft drinks were such a nice touch, too. I loved that the fridge was always topped up.
I tried to book them from the first day. All the restaurants were fully booked or closed, I couldn't get reservations.

The staff was helpful and friendly from arrival to departure. They couldn't do enough for us. I felt genuinely cared for throughout my entire stay here.

The buffet had lovely food, but the restaurants added amazing variety. Every cocktail I tried was fabulous, so I wanted to try more. The buffet is fresh with a variety of choices.

The pools were varied and all lovely. It gave me many options. I enjoyed a drink or two in the spa pool. The resort has an ice cream parlor and snack bar for a snack anytime you want.

decent stay with some drawbacks

slow service repetitive buffet
i was expecting a bit more from the food. the buffet felt repetitive after a few days, especially at breakfast. i found the asian restaurant's service quite slow (it took nearly an hour for our mains to appear). also, the air conditioning in the main buffet seemed to be turned off and on, made dining uncomfortable at times.

bird noise constant clatter
the staff are very happy and helpful. they are a real asset to this hotel.
i had issues with the fisherman's village area. the noise from birds starting at 3am was awful. the constant clatter of food trollies made it hard to relax, and the plants attracted flies.
